College Student Retention
The College Student Retention SSN consists of representatives from the 9 Strive Higher Ed Institutions and external college access providers. This group has been working together through an OCAN College Success Partner Grant. As a result of this grant a comprehensive directory of ALL available Student Support Services at each of the 9 Higher Ed institutions was created. In addition, a draft of a "Student-Centered Flowchart" was created from guiding a student through the necessary steps to be successful in their transition from high school to college and to college graduation. This team will be applying for an implementation grant this fall, to continue moving their work forward.

Cincinnati and NKY Cooperative Education/Internships
The Cooperative Education/Internship SSN began with just representatives from the 9 Strive Higher Ed Institutions. They are focused on expanding co-op/internship opportunities in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region. As they are moving forward with this work, they have brought on new partners from the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Chambers of Commerce and the Workforce Investment Board.
