Percent of Children Assessed to be Ready for School at Kindergarten

The first three years of a child's life, when a human brain develops more rapidly than at any other subsequent period, are a time of enormous social, emotional, phyisical, and intellectual growth. For children to grow into successfull adults, they need a supportive and healthy early foundation.
