Ways to Get Involved

The Pathways Impact Fund scales purposeful pathways — transforming how K-12, postsecondary, workforce and industry systems work together to build young people’s momentum to good jobs and economic mobility.

There are many ways to engage in this work. Whether you’re a regional intermediary interested in joining a national learning community or exploring grant opportunities, or a funder looking to invest in scalable solutions, the Pathways Impact Fund delivers the partners and evidence-based supports to scale what works.

Pathways Impact Collaborative

The Pathways Impact Collaborative is a national learning community that brings together regional intermediaries working to connect high school, postsecondary education and careers. Through shared learning, practical tools and national collaboration, the Collaborative helps communities design, implement and expand pathways that prepare students for life after high school.

The Collaborative launches in summer 2026. A form to express interest is now available.

Grant Opportunities

The Pathways Impact Fund supports regional organizations, called intermediaries, that bring together cross-sector partners to expand pathways connecting K-12 education, postsecondary learning and careers.

An open request for proposals will launch in summer 2026. Eligible applicants include regional or state intermediaries that convene partners across education, workforce and industry; demonstrate student impact; and have the capacity to scale pathways to reach more students.

Invest in the Pathways Impact Fund

Your investment in the Pathways Impact Fund enables proven leaders to grow successful strategies, test new approaches and strengthen the systems needed to reach more students. Through a pooled philanthropic approach, the Fund accelerates progress nationwide and allows your investment to go even further.
