A National Learning Community for Purposeful Pathways
Pathways Impact Collaborative
Building purposeful pathways together.
The Pathways Impact Collaborative is a national learning community launched by the Pathways Impact Fund. Through shared learning, practical tools and national collaboration, the Collaborative helps communities design, implement and expand pathways that connect high school, postsecondary education and careers.
Launching in June 2026, the Collaborative will bring together regional intermediaries and their cross-sector partners working to prepare students for life after high school.
The Collaborative builds on the Accelerate ED network. By 2029, the Collaborative aims to include up to 50 intermediaries and their partners nationwide.
What Members Gain
Members join a national network of regional leaders and experts advancing purposeful pathways.
Through the Collaborative, members:

Who Should Participate
The Collaborative is designed for regional pathways intermediaries that coordinate partnerships across K-12 systems, postsecondary institutions, employers and workforce partners.
Participating intermediaries should demonstrate:
- Active cross-sector partnerships including K-12, postsecondary and employer partners
- Experience using regional labor market data to inform pathway design
- Experience supporting high-quality advising, accelerated coursework and career-connected learning
Intermediaries serve as the lead membership organization and engage their partners in Collaborative activities.
