We help communities connect education and workforce systems so more young people can earn credentials and degrees for good jobs and economic mobility.

Our Approach

Invest in Regional Leaders

Award more than $25 million in grants to regional intermediary organizations that convene K-12 , higher education, employers and key stakeholders and are ready to scale their work.

Foster Collaborative Learning

Three adults sit around a table, all looking in the same direction as if they're listening to someone outside of the photo speak.

Bring together partners to align on core principles, develop strategies and share learnings and resources across the field.

Build Field Cohesion

Unite the field around a shared framework for purposeful pathways — connecting partners through a resource hub, aligned principles and a vision every region is working toward.

When high school students learn their interests, their aptitudes and get on a pathway, they’re far more likely to persist through life’s challenges and earn that critical degree or credential.
