Bridget Jancarz

Vice President, Network Impact

Bridget Jancarz is the vice president of network impact at StriveTogether. In this role, she is a key member of the leadership team managing the implementation of StriveTogether’s 2030 strategic plan, overseeing a national portfolio of place-based partnerships and organizational investments totaling more than $15 million. She also manages a programmatic department of leaders designing and implementing strategies for comprehensive network offerings, network membership and regranting. Through her strategic guidance, the organization delivers targeted support, cultivates learning and mobilizes action that enables place-based partnerships to scale what works and challenge what doesn’t.

Over more than a decade at StriveTogether, Bridget has played a central role in shaping the organization’s direction — from launching the original StriveTogether Theory of Action™ and assessing more than 100 place-based partnerships, to leading multiple Theory of Action™ revision processes that contributed to exceeding StriveTogether’s 2018 goals. She also created and implemented the advanced assessment process, supporting network members to advance their work in service of youth and families. As former chief of staff, she helped build a best-in-class national board of directors, strengthen executive functions and guide high-stakes, enterprise-wide decisions.

Bridget holds a master’s degree in social work with a focus on policy, planning and administration and a bachelor’s in business administration from Western Michigan University. She is a 2024 Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 awardee and lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.
