Chase Willis

Specialist, Accounting

ChaseChase Willis serves as the accounting specialist at StriveTogether, where he manages financial processes that strengthen the organization’s infrastructure and support day-to-day operations. His responsibilities include managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and organization-wide expense management. He also plays a key role in audit preparation, ensuring the financial integrity that enables StriveTogether’s national network of community organizations. Through disciplined financial stewardship, Chase helps ensure that resources are deployed effectively in service of the communities StriveTogether serves. 

Prior to joining StriveTogether, Chase worked with Cincinnati Recreation Commission, where he focused on account reconciliations and developed a strong foundation in public-sector financial operations. He also brings experience as a collections and accounts receivable specialist, where he reduced outstanding client debt by 60%, improved on-time payment rates and conducted a cost-benefit analysis of a marketing campaign to evaluate its return on investment. Prior to taking on his full-time role, Chase spent several years as an intern and contractor at StriveTogether, where he contributed to the 2024 and 2025 audit processes and helped manage accounts payable and expense management workflows. 

Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and will graduate with his Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was born and raised.  bio
