Using Data to Drive Change
In this course, learners will explore how to move from data collection to real-world impact. Participants will examine the full arc of “data in action”: from shaping and implementing a data strategy, to engaging partners in interpreting and applying insights, to communicating results that both prove best practices and improve systems. By anchoring data in community expertise and in continuous improvement methodology, learners will be equipped to activate data for lasting change and better outcomes.
I liked learning about the ways that data can be misconstrued and making sure that you’re being true to what’s actually happening (via community input and diving deeper), rather than solely relying on surface-level data.
