Rachel Holley Flynn serves as executive assistant to the advancement function at StriveTogether, providing sophisticated support to Chief Advancement Officer, Colin Groth, and Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Tomás Bilbao. She is a trusted operational partner to the Advancement team, managing executive priorities, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the team operates with focus and efficiency. Rachel is a key point of continuity across leadership, communications, and strategic initiatives.

Rachel brings nearly a decade of experience in the medical field, where she supported physicians and clinical researchers and developed a sharp eye for detail and a results-driven approach to complex work. She deepened her operational expertise in human resources at a local marketing firm, contributing to recruitment and learning and development initiatives before bringing her skills to the nonprofit sector.

Rachel joined StriveTogether in 2021 as the Cincinnati office administrator and has grown steadily into a trusted operational partner for senior leaders across the organization. In Rachel’s tenure at StriveTogether, she has taken on increased responsibility in executive support, operations, and complex coordination. Rachel plays an active role in culture-building initiatives that strengthen cross-team collaboration and organizational effectiveness.

Rachel lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and their beloved menagerie of pets.
