Engaging Stakeholders Through Change
This workshop is part of a three-part series on adaptive leadership.
Registration for each workshop is individual — participants are encouraged to attend each workshop, but attendance at previous workshops is not required.
Adaptive change requires more than getting people to agree; it requires engaging people in the work of navigating uncertainty, competing perspectives, and shared responsibility.
This session explores practical ways leaders can engage stakeholders, strengthen trust, surface diverse perspectives, and create conditions for people to move through change together.
By the end of this offering, participants will:
- Map the stakeholders connected to a change and what each of them stands to gain or lose.
- Choose engagement moves that fit where different stakeholders sit
- Practice a conversation that draws disagreement into the open rather than smoothing it over.
