Holding Space for Results: Advanced Facilitation

Facilitation is an ongoing journey. As we gain experience as facilitators and grow more confident in our understanding of best practices in Results Based Facilitation, we often realize that there are moments in collaborative improvement work that require more skill and nuance in facilitation. This mini course is intended to provide support to facilitators who have attended RBF 101 and are seeking to enhance their facilitation practice and engage with their peers.
