Leading Change in Systems
Leading place-based work requires the ability to transform both the structures and mindsets that reinforce gaps in how systems serve a community. In this course, you will learn how to address adaptive challenges across multiple levels by identifying and questioning the conditions that contribute to those gaps. Through practical application of strategies and frameworks, you’ll gain the tools you need to drive meaningful, lasting change within complex systems to better serve all community members.
By the end of this course, participants will:
- Identify the structures and mindsets that create gaps in community support, and reflect on your personal and organizational beliefs and practices
- Apply personal, relational, and systemic strategies for navigating and leading through complex adaptive challenges.
