To lead transformational change, we must understand and address the deep-rooted barriers that shape access, opportunity, and advancement. Participants will develop a shared understanding of the underlying factors influencing individual and group outcomes. We’ll also introduce a set of leadership competencies to help you show up with greater awareness, courage, and clarity as we work to interrupt harmful cycles and create systems that allows everyone to thrive.

2. Uncovering Systemic Root Causes

2. Uncovering Systemic Root Causes

This course will cover how to conduct a factor analysis to identify the root causes and contributing factors that affect your identified problem. The factor analysis will help you understand unique issues and challenges faced by the population you are working with and inform future strategies.

3. Leadership Through a Person-Role-System Lens

3. Leadership Through a Person-Role-System Lens

This course is designed to help leaders understand how their values fit within a Person-Role-System (PRS) framework and how this framework can be used to enhance their effectiveness as leaders. It focuses on building knowledge of self, understanding one’s role, and recognizing how colleagues engage with their roles within the system to maximize overall contributions.
