This is self-paced workshop uses the Systems Iceberg Model to help you understand the deeper patterns and beliefs that influence results. You’ll learn about the three core components of a system and how to identify and analyze them within the systems you are working to improve.

By the end of this course, participants will:
- Differentiate between simple and complex systems, and analyze how each impacts populations in distinct ways using the Systems Iceberg Model.
- Identify and examine the underlying mental models, systemic structures, and patterns of behavior that drive visible outcomes within a system.
