To understand how states can support and catalyze innovative high schools and regional partnerships featuring career-connected learning, Education Strategy Group examined statewide initiatives that have scaled college and career readiness high school models in four leading states: Georgia, Iowa, North Carolina, and Virginia.
Each state—responding to distinct circumstances and operating within a range of policy environments—developed statewide approaches to foster innovation by establishing specialized college and career readiness high schools or regional partnerships.
