Strengthening Leadership for Inclusive Change

Leaders who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, or Multi-racial/cultural/ethnic will participate in a three-part series to strengthen leadership competencies both as individuals and within their roles in order to mobilize action, and sustain and advance place-based work.

By the end of this offering, participants will: 

• Deepen self-awareness of how you lead.
• Explore strategies to navigate challenges, lead through complexity, and restore and sustain collaborative progress.
• Practice self and collective care to support yourself and others.
