Collaborative Improvement Foundations
StriveTogether’s collaborative improvement approach helps place-based partnerships develop a process to improve outcomes and ultimately, change systems. In this course, you’ll learn the eight steps of the collaborative improvement process and explore key tools and techniques to move the work through each step. During the course, you’ll apply what you’re learning to your work and hear from others about how they’re using collaborative improvement
